Provision (rizq)
For beneficial knowledge, good provision and accepted deeds
This is the du'a the Prophet ﷺ made every morning after the Fajr prayer. In one short sentence it gathers the three things a believer needs for both worlds: knowledge that benefits, provision that is wholesome, and deeds that Allah accepts. Make it the first thing you ask after the dawn prayer.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا، وَرِزْقًا طَيِّبًا، وَعَمَلًا مُتَقَبَّلًا
Allāhumma innī as'aluka ʿilman nāfiʿan, wa rizqan ṭayyiban, wa ʿamalan mutaqabbalan
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good provision, and accepted deeds.
Authenticity: Sahih (authentic), reported by Ibn Majah (925).
