Your account

Nida uses a simple email and password to keep your du'as in sync and private to you. If you can't sign in, double-check your email address and try resetting your password from the sign-in screen. Still stuck? Email us and we'll sort it out.

Nida+ subscription

Everyone gets 3 du'a generations free for life — along with saving, reciting, the living sky, blessed-moment reminders and the Istighfar counter, all free. Nida+ unlocks unlimited generations through an auto-renewable subscription: $4.99/week or $49.99/year. Both renew automatically until cancelled.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel your subscription, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or open the App Store app, tap your profile photo, then Subscriptions — you can also manage it at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all of your data directly inside the app: open Profile, then Delete my account, and confirm. This permanently and irreversibly removes your du'as and account. You can also export your data (your email and saved du'as, as JSON) via the iOS Share sheet from Profile → Export my data before deleting. If you need help, email contact@nidaapp.com.

Privacy
