• To generate personalized du'as based on your input
• To send you reminders you've configured
• To communicate important updates about the service
• To diagnose technical issues and improve app performance

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Nida:

• AI Service Providers: To generate personalized du'as. Your input is processed by our AI provider to create responses. We only send the minimum data necessary.
• Cloud Infrastructure: For secure data storage and authentication. Data is stored on secure servers located in the United States.
• Apple App Store: For app distribution and subscription management.

We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function.

4. Data Storage and Security

• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• We use industry-standard security measures
• Your spiritual data remains completely private
• We never read or analyze your personal du'as for purposes other than providing the service
• Access to user data is strictly limited to essential personnel

5. International Data Transfers

Your data is stored on Supabase servers located in the United States. By using Nida, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data.

6. What We Never Do

• Sell your personal information to third parties
• Share your du'as with anyone outside of service provision
• Use your spiritual data for advertising or marketing
• Track you across other apps or websites
• Use your data for targeted advertising

7. Tracking and Advertising

Nida does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not use advertising identifiers or participate in ad networks. We do not share your data with data brokers. Your spiritual journey is private and will remain that way.

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: Request a copy of your stored data
• Correction: Update or correct your information
• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data at any time
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format
• Opt-out: Opt-out of non-essential communications

10. Children's Privacy

Nida is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. 11. Data Retention

• We retain your data as long as your account is active
• Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days
• Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes
• Backup data is purged according to our backup retention schedule

• We will notify you of any material changes via email or in-app notification
• The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision
• Continued use of Nida after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy
